I already have a custom gaming pic all upgraded and everything with i9 10th gen rtx 3090 and evrything water cooled I’m still gonna buy both both consoles bc I have family who come over and they play video games on consoles I used to be a console player too but I quit I still play something’s like cod or some games on my console but I’m gonna buy both consoles use them and my pic evryday my pc is my main gamer system, of the day and at night or when I want to play exclusive games on the both consoles in my bed cozy I will play those games such as fora Spider-Man god of war and other games but I’m gonna have all the systems listed in this video of I end up not using my consoles very much a si supposed too I’m probably gonna sell them to make money off em im more of a pc gamer anyways just gonna see how it works out if it doesn’t I may sell it or leave it at my house for family when they come they can play but otherwise I think I’m gonna use all my systems pretty well my gaming on is gonna be used fairly well throughout the day and the consoles but yeah I’m gonna own all systems very grateful for all these things not bragging that I have all systems back when I was a child we couldn’t afford to pay the house but we still managed it was hard but my mom still sacrificed from making us living in a base,rn so we still lived in a house bc of sacrifice and I’m very grateful for where I am in life bc of her I wouldn’t have been where I am rn

That's just a fact.(I know it's hyperbolic) And no, PS4 pro and xbox one x were not capable of 4k 60fps. You cant say "developers want to make the game look good so they will compromise the fps", by that logic any hardware can do 4k 60fps. I can play the original mario at 4k 60fps on my laptop. That doesn't mean shit. PS4 pro and xbox one x couldn't run the games at 4k, not even at 30fps. They were dynamic and upscaled 4k. And no, both of these next gen consoles don't have hardware ray tracing. You see, sony and microsoft said that their consoles have "hardware ACCELERATED ray tracing" not "hardware ray tracing". Nvidia's rtx GPU's are capable of hardware raytracing, bcos they have specialised RT cores for rendering ray tracing effects. But these next gen consoles are only capable of hardware ACCELERATED ray tracing bcos they use the compute units of the GPU for ray tracing. They don't have a specialised and dedicated hardware for ray tracing.

you do know that most of the games on next gen console are only gonna get 60fps or even 30fps and you need to chose between 4k or frames, but on pc you can get whatever setting you want so pc is still the better and more powerfull player (i'm a console gamer btw but these are just facts)

If gaming is the only thing ur doing by all means a console can be a really good choice depends if u like the exclusives and all of that company but if u wanna do anything more a pc is just way better and in the long run a pc is better since u sont have to pay for multiplayer which basically xbox and sony are totally ripping you off (not so much xbox cause game pass)

I've got a gaming PC with a 1080 ti and i7 8700k, but ill be picking up a series X when it launches, i'm very impressed by the hardware unlike the last gen. Keeping up with PC hardware is too expensive now, the rtx 3090 buy it's self costs over $3000 AUD, while the new xbox is only $749 AUD!

Seeing how I placed a preorder for the series s and spent right at $318 tax and all, I’m super happy with my decision. Next gen gaming for that price was a dream. I’m not a huge gamer and def not a guy that’s gonna build a pc

The additional costs don't seem too bad for Xbox. Xbox one controllers are backwards compatible, you can get a great deal on games with gamepass with cloud streaming included at no extra cost. The main one is the SSD storage is very expensive, but $220 for 1tb is actually $10 lower than a comparable Samsung drive so you're not exactly getting ripped off. The biggest additional cost will be getting a 4k/high refresh rate screen, which is a given, and if you like you can save on that by getting a console that does the exact same but not at 4k, the series s, and you'll also save yourself $200. If you have a good gaming PC, stick with it. Upgrade it if you need to, and maybe consider subscribing to gamepass, but this new console isn't a threat to your pc. Competition is better for everyone, it's not all a whose got the biggest dick competition between Sony Xbox and pc.

So I'm a console player (xb1) and I'm looking at the series X but I'm also thinking about a gaming pc and I'm curious as to which I should invest into. I know you could do more with a pc but from a strictly gaming perspective wouldn't a console be better? I have roughly $1k to invest into a gaming pc. Is that enough to make the gaming pc worth it? I see a lot of people arguing about which is better.A common argument is that PCs need to be upgraded often, or that consoles cost $420 for 7 years (Wonder who did that math...). To be honest it’s just a bunch of people not knowing wtf they are talking about. I personally use both a PC and an Xbox so I’ll set you guys straight. No you do not have to upgrade PCs often at all. Maybe if you REALLY want to have the best tech out there, you upgrade once every 2 years. No you do not lose more money overtime on consoles. Idk about Playstation, but on Xbox you don’t pay for games, just Gamepass (11$/month). Pc does pay for games (30-60$/1-3 month), so in the end it’s about the same... Just buy whatever tf you want!

PS+ is also inferior to gamepass by a long shot. 4/5 times the 'free' games are garbage, released 5 years ago so everyone already played it, or both.

I agree the price and strength is superior to pc but one thing storage. Pc has the flexibility of choosing hdd sdd or nvme ssd. Even external storage which games will not run on this console. You will need to spend over $200 just for an extra TB.

I Would say. Consoles are more Stress free than a pc .i have Both For years. And meanwhile These things can browse in the Internet between Matches while charging your phone. Throw a Game in.. it Works First Try. Friendship systems combined with Chat is very fast and if you see a player you want to add....you do it with five clicks cause of the same system. On the other Hand on pc playing rising Storm 2 there is a dude with a Name that is not the name he Uses in steam. If he not respond in game chat im fucked. There are workarounds But theyre workarounds. Also you can use the Pad to play. The contoll ports For Pads on pc is Most likely Wasd on Pad wich is awefull. That is a fair point on console gaming besides the Price. My pc can run the Games better But i have to Spend Good Money For That Bit Beauty. But i can also work on it. Print the shit out for work. I know the 3080 got announced but i have console games i want to replay like xbox 360 and some ps4 games. So xbox will support 4 generations of backwards compatibility.
