Pixel 5 colours are so boring. They should bring back those vibrant colours like the previous model. Pixel also needs to improve their speakers which are too quiet compared to the others like Samsung and Oneplus.

Pixel 5 is basically a better and more customizable version of iphone. Switched from iphone 11 to pixel 5 and can't be happier.

90hz is wonderful for gaming

I liked the video but i disagree the fact that high refresh rate screens are less important because almost everybody most of the time keeps touching and scrolling through their phones be it instagram whatsapp facebook or youtube( youre more likely to scroll a lot to find a video of your interest and it may last 15 mins or less most of the time and then you scroll again) or gaming or just scrolling through the ui. So a high refresh rate definetly helps in making the user experience fast and smooth and better. For eg if a phone says it has the fastest processor It should feel the same way and it is for that you are paying money

in regards to 60hrz screens..i feel sick when looking at 60hrz as its too slow but 90hrz or higher is ok..so its the one feature that will make me pick one phone over another.

Please put the cheapest Pixel 5 and Pixel 4A(not 5G) mobile in Spain. I want to renew my mobile but I cannot pay those prices. The Pixel 5 would be fine at € 400 and the Pixel4a at € 280.

90hz IS a big deal, I completely disagree with you. "Always looking at a still image." Almost all phone-related and social media apps scroll. Scroll through texts, twitter, facebook, webpages. It's not for "reading fast text," either. It's for feel. Try using a phone or monitor with 120hz for a month and go back to 60hz. It's jarring and distracting. I do all my work on a fast refresh-rate monitor for this reason, which is mostly text-based or image work. Sure, it is a premium feature, but this is a $700 phone.

So there it is. We're now paying more to have a smaller screen

8 hours screen on time? With 90hz enabled hell no.

The only real negatives of the 4a 5G is that it has 6gb of ram and a weirdly small battery when you compare it to the 5. I am concerned about it having only 6gb of ram because I have heard older pixel users that have 4gb of ram complain about lacking ram and I want to use my phone for the full 3 years that it is supported with no issues.

He for real said , high refresh rate doesn't play a bit part in how we use our phones lmao .... Sit in a public area and watch people using their phones , what are they doing ? Scrolling ? Swiping? Playing games ? Hmmmm 😂I wonder if that effects that useage

I like how the market realised that smaller form factor are WAY BETTER, and the phablets fashion came to an end. Phones are for handy using and carrying on your pocket. I was struggling finding a phone to replace my Pixel2 (not XL) and I couldn't find any other phone within those dimensions who worth it. Let's hope that tendency continues in the future

I have a Pixel 2XL which has been great for the most part but now is starting to show its age... I would like to upgrade but don't want to pay ridiculous prices for a phone that will probably last 2 years or so. The Pixel 5 looks good as does the 4a/4a 5G but is it worth upgrading to those? Does anyone have any advice or any other phones I should look at? The Nord looked amazing but the camera was really bad and it put me off...

You don't notice refresh rates when using a phone in most cases is probably one of the most embarrassing things I've ever hear anyone say.... Like he won't ever get a sub from me saying mind numbingly stupid statements like that
