Surface Book is an awesome device. Sure you can have TWO seperate devices that may each to their respective jobs a little better, but this thing kills versatility aspect. I love mine. Surface Headphones are fantastic too. Microsoft is hitting it out of the park. So much so, I just picked up a Surface Duo for my phone needs.

Just got the Surface Headphones 2 today but i am very disappointed, i will send them back... - Sound is okay, but no great. Sound worse than my wired 20€ Superlux HD 681, no joke... (Superlux sound great for this price btw.) - Second thing is that when your microphone is active, the sound of these thing get crazy fucking bad. Just for calls it is fine, but if you are in discord and want to hear musik in the background or play a game your sound is so bad, your monitor would probably sound better. Otherwise the headphones are fine, but i would never buy them again. Now considering the much more expensive Sony XM4 since I want the multiple device support. Any other alternatives there? Also i would be also fine with a non ANC headphone as long as the sound great, got a decent mic and have multiple device support

the main thing ms needs to improve and make this thing worth the money is their digitizer technology. the pen is too jittery.

I hope that Microsoft is gonna put an AMD CPU in this laptop this year.

I bought the grey surface headphones 2. Although, aesthetically pleasing its not worth the price. Other headphones near the price point are better quality and recently the headband keeps coming off and i found out it was a common thing with the headphones through reddit. Pls do your research before you buy as reviewers don't use it for long periods of time to know what problems may arise.

Coming from a Surface Book 2 user, that better detaching time is amazing. With the SB2, you had to get it at just the right angle. It was majorly annoying.

I have one now and I love it. Only problem is the bluetooth audio is patchy. Both on portable speakers like JBL Clip 3 and my new Sony Bluetooth NC headphones. I wonder if the Surface Headphones are having the same issues.

I would love a surfacebook that A.) is a different color...(matte black, like their other devices!? Yes please!!)...the contrasting grey on grey keyboard/base just absolutely sucks, especially when combined with the white backlighting. Holy crap...whoever thought of that; no. Just no. B.) has a thicker base, for increased CPU/GPU power, and a bigger battery. The CPU’s on these things SUCKS, and that shouldn’t be when it’s 1600 friggin dollars. The speakers are also pretty trash IMO. Not acceptable for the price. And C.) with a bigger trackpad. The trackpad is great, but good god is it tiny.

**PLEASE HELP!** I have the Dell XPS 15 from 3 years ago. Ever since the recent Microsoft update my Dell would not start up properly and would stay stuck on a black screen. After calling customer care it appears my hard drive cannot connect. They asked me to send it in. They said they have to check the motherboard as well. One or both may need to be replaced. Can anyone tell me if its worth replacing the hardrive and or motherboard or should I just upgrade? I use my laptop for editing and considering the Surface Book 3 but prefer the new Dell 15. But im scared to go back to Dell after this plus the periodic screen flickering issues that came with my current laptop.
